About Me

I’m Xuru Yuan.

 

I’m a user experience designer, design thinker, problem solver, and landscape architecture designer. 

 

I’m focused on creating a meaningful experience through design both virtually and physically. My design practice combines design thinking, user research, and experience strategy, all with a relentless focus on the user. 

 

I understand the users’ needs and clients’ requirements very well. With several freelance and internship experiences in product design, I can collaborate with different teams and groups to deliver good quality products. Over the past 3 years, I have worked in an award-winning international landscape architecture firm. I lead and manage projects in a variety of scales from master planning to residential community and civic parks. 

 

I hold a UX Design certification from Springboard and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Cornell University.
